How much will Real Estate Training Academy charge for the Property Manager Registration program?
Our introductory price for the 9 units of competency that meet the educational requirements to register as a Property Manager is $990 (valid until 01 January 2019)
I have previously undertaken real estate studies. Will these studies count towards my Property Manager Registration?
Potentially yes, however we need to know what units of competency you have completed before we can give you a definitive answer. Any units you have completed that meet the Property Manager Registration requirements will be credit transferred at no cost to you, meaning your Property Manager Registration may cost you less and you may have less studying to do if you already hold some of the required units of competency.
I have no formal Real Estate qualification, and have worked as a Property Manager for many years. Am I eligible for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)?

I hold a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and I am a Registered Sales Representative (RSR) employed as a Property Manager. Will I have to register as a Property Manager?
Yes, and you must meet the educational requirements for Property Manager registration.
I hold a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and I am a Registered Land Agent (RLA). Will I have to register as a Property Manager?
I am a commercial Property Manager and currently registered as a Residential Sales Representative (RSR). Do I need to register as a Property Manager?
Yes, you will have to register as a Property Manager and you must meet the educational requirements for Property Manager registration.
I am a Business Development Manager for our Property Management division. Do I have to register as a Property Manager?
We had extensive discussions with CBS about this, and there is no clear cut response we can offer as it will depend on your role and the responsibilities of your role. We suggest getting in touch with CBS licensing (they’re a very friendly and helpful bunch of people) and having a chat with them on your individual circumstance.
