Auctioneer

Our SA courses are delivered in South Australian law, practice, and procedures.

Auctioneers are licensed professionals who conduct auctions for the sale of a residential or commercial property.

In South Australia, to become an Auctioneer you must be registered as a Land Agent or Sales Representative and apply to have the Auctioneer condition added to your registration.

Courses

If your career goal is to be an Auctioneer, then you can achieve this through the following courses:


  • Register as an Auctioneer
  • 1 unit (download Course Guide below)
  • 2 months to complete and students generally take around 1-2 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $300 payable at enrolment

  • Register as a Sales Representative, Property Manager and/or Auctioneer
  • Receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • 28 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 15 months to complete, and students generally take around 3-6 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $3,900 you save $450 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $750 deposit, followed by five (5) monthly payments of $630, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)

  • Register as a Sales Representative and/or Auctioneer
  • Receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • 20 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 12 months to complete, and students generally take around 2-5 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $2,950 you save $200 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $750 deposit, followed by four (4) monthly payments of $550, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)
