Property Manager

Our SA courses are delivered in South Australian law, practice, and procedures.

Property Managers are good with people and connecting with owners, tenants, and property maintenance services to successfully manage properties.

Property Managers market and lease properties, promptly deal with maintenance, collect rent and manage tenants on behalf of the owner. Property Management is central to the Real Estate industry and good Property Managers are always in demand.

Property Management is a great step into the industry. From there, become a Senior Property Manager, overseeing a team, or do further training to become a Sales Representative or Land Agent.

In South Australia, you must be a registered Property Manager to manage residential and commercial properties and you must work for a registered Land Agent.

Courses

If your career goal is Property Management, then you can achieve this through the following courses:


  • Register as a Property Manager
  • Start working under supervision in Property Management while training (conditions apply)
  • 13 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 12 months to complete and students generally take around 1-3 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $1,950 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $450 deposit, followed by three (3) monthly payments of $500, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)

  • Register as a Sales Representative, Property Manager and/or Auctioneer
  • Start working under supervision in Sales and/or Property Management while training (conditions apply)
  • Receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • 28 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 15 months to complete, and students generally take around 3-6 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $3,900 you save $450 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $750 deposit, followed by five (5) monthly payments of $630, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)

  • Register as a Sales Representative and/or Property Manager
  • Start working under supervision in Sales and/or Property Management while training (conditions apply)
  • 27 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 15 months to complete, and students generally take around 3-6 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $3,650 you save $400 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $750 deposit, followed by five (5) monthly payments of $580, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)

 

  • For registered Sales Representatives (or with an entitlement to be registered)
  • Register as a Property Manager and/or Sales Representative
  • 8 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 12 months to complete, and students generally take around 1-2 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $1,200 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $450 deposit, followed by two (2) monthly payments of $375, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)
