Our VIC courses are delivered in Victorian law, practice, and procedures.

As a registered Agent’s Representative, you can work for a licenced Estate Agent anywhere in Victoria performing any of the legal functions of that Estate Agent, including residential and commercial Sales and Property Management, Buying, Strata management, Business Broking, Stock and Station, or Auctioneering.

In Sales, you will have great satisfaction in helping people buy and sell properties whilst enjoying a flexible schedule and being rewarded for your hard work. This includes engaging with clients, listing and marketing properties, conducting open inspections, negotiating transactions and more.

In Property Management, you will grow and manage relationships with owners, tenants, and property maintenance services to successfully manage properties. This includes marketing and leasing properties, promptly dealing with maintenance, collecting rent, and managing tenants on behalf of the owner. Property Management is central to the Real Estate industry and good Property Managers are always in demand.

You must complete our 18 unit Agent’s Representative – CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice to work as an Agent’s Representative.

Courses

If your career goal is to be an Agent’s Representative, then you can achieve this through the following courses:


 

  • Register as an Agent’s Representative
  • 18 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 12 months to complete and students generally take around 2-5 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $2,950 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $750 deposit, followed by four (4) monthly payments of $550, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)

  • Register as an Agent’s Representative, complete one-year full time experience as an Agent’s Representative, then register as an Estate Agent
  • 28 units (download Course Guide below)
  • 15 months to complete and students generally take around 3-6 months (depending on individual circumstances)
  • Course Fee is $5,400 you save $500 and our Standard Payment Plan is a $750 deposit, followed by six (6) monthly payments of $775, starting 30 days after enrolment (custom payment plans available)
