Estate AgentCPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

Our VIC courses are delivered in Victorian law, practice, and procedures.

Take your Real Estate career to the highest level by owning a Real Estate Agency.

As a registered Estate Agent, you can own an agency and perform all residential and commercial functions in Real Estate anywhere in Victoria (Sales, Property Management, Strata Management, Buying, Business Broking, Stock and Station, or Auctioneering).

Estate Agents also manage strategic planning, managing day-to-day operations, marketing, financials, manage employees and more.

You don’t have to own a Real Estate agency, many students complete their Estate Agent units to maximise their knowledge and skills, work for a Real Estate agency and later decide to open their own Real Estate Agency.

To work as an Estate Agent, you must complete our 12 unit Estate Agent – CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) in addition to our 18 unit Agent’s Representative – CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course and you must complete one-year full time experience working as an Agent’s Representative.
