Student Support

At the Real Estate Training Academy we offer learning support and assistance to each student as and when required.

Having sufficient and timely “out-of-class” support while you study is critically important to your success.

Message Board (Online only) and Email

These are the most common types of communication channels used between our trainers and students.

Contact us if you have any questions or support requests using the Online Message Board or Email us. Messages are responded to promptly, often even on weekends and holidays.


Sometimes a quick phone call to a trainer can clarify problems. Call us, and if we don’t pick up because we’re busy leave us a message and we will get back to you promptly.

Individual Learning Support

If email and phone support aren’t sufficient, and you can’t attend the appropriate 1-Day Workshop, then call us to make a one-on-one appointment with a trainer who will assist you with your questions.
