Traineeships allow employees to complete their Sales Representative and Property Manager units with support from their employer, leveraging their workplace experience.

On a Subsidised Traineeship, course fees are significantly reduced (subject to eligibility).

To be eligible for a Subsidised Traineeship, the student must:

be 16 years or over

be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or a permanent Australian resident, or an eligible visa holder

register with an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN), we can connect you with the right people

select Real Estate Training Academy (RTO 41499) as your preferred training provider

enrol under a Contract of Training (Traineeship) with Training Contract approved

meet all State Subsidy eligibility requirements

complete a Participant Agreement

complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment

Each of the 18 Units of Competency contained in the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice are made up of individual assessments tasks. Students have unlimited attempts at individual assessments tasks however under a Subsidised Traineeship, students will have three subsidised attempts to pass a Unit of Competency after not successfully completing every individual assessment task for that unit.

There are no education requirements to enrol in our South Australian Bundle (Sales Representative + Property Manager) Traineeship course.

Students must meet eligibility requirements for a Subsidised Traineeship.

Students must meet acceptable Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Capability (LLND) requirements, be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian resident, or an Australian visa holder without any study restrictions and be residing in Australia.

You will need a desktop computer or laptop, internet access and a device to record videos.

Until all Traineeship and State Subsidy requirements have been met, we can only release 2/20 units and once all Traineeship and State Subsidy requirements have been met, we can release the remaining 18/20 units.

Yes, this course meets the education requirements for a Sales Representative and/or Auctioneer licence in South Australia as required by Consumer and Business Services.

Yes, this course is delivered in South Australian law, practice and procedures and is compliant with South Australian licencing requirements.

There are no exams, and you have unlimited attempts at assessments with no fees or charges.

Assessments are made up of multiple choice, short answers, case studies, projects and practical assessments like Real Estate contracts, forms, and role plays.

Each of the 18 Units of Competency contained within the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice are made up of individual assessments tasks. Students have unlimited attempts at individual assessments tasks however under a Subsidised Traineeship, students will have three subsidised attempts to pass a Unit of Competency after not successfully completing every individual assessment task for that unit.

We aim for a 3-5 business day turnaround on marking however this can be longer during busy periods and holiday periods. Our Training Team is continuously marking, and we have designed our courses so that you can keep working on and submitting assessments for other units without having to wait for your results.

Yes. In South Australia, you can apply for a Trainee Licence/Registration for a Sales Representative and/or Property Manager with Consumer and Business Services.

To do this, you will need your Confirmation of Enrolment letter, ID, and a current police clearance (less than 12 months old).

Once you have completed our South Australian Bundle (Sales Representative + Property Manager) Traineeship course you will receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and a Statement of Attainment.

You can register your Sales Representative, Property Manager and/or Auctioneer licence with Consumer and Business Services.

Yes, if you have completed units or have industry experience, you may be eligible for a Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
