Yes, our courses are delivered in State specific law, practice and procedures and are compliant with State licencing requirements.

The expected course duration (volume of learning) is typically 6-12 months for a Certificate IV and 12-24 months for a Diploma.

Our Standard Enrolment Periods are equal to or longer than the expected course duration (volume of learning).

Yes. Our courses are online and study at your own pace, so you determine how quickly you complete and if life gets in the way, you can extend your course.

Credit Transfers – If a student has previously successfully completed a nationally accredited vocational qualification or unit(s) of competency, they may be entitled to a Credit Transfer that can be applied to their enrolment.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) – RPL is a feature of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector in Australia which allows students to be recognised for their experience or units previously completed (Credit Transfer) provided they have the required evidence to support this.

Study habits – Effective study habits can determine how quickly you complete your course. Students who set aside regular study times will often complete their course quicker, especially if they use our all-inclusive Learner Guides, Comprehensive Training Videos and Student Support Services.

Once you have completed our courses, you will receive an electronic (PDF) Certificate or a Statement of Attainment within 1-2 business days (often on the same business day).
Originals can either be collected from our offices or posted to you, free of charge.

Yes. In South Australia, you can apply for a Trainee Licence/Registration for a Sales Representative and/or Property Manager with Consumer and Business Services.
To do this, you will need your Confirmation of Enrolment letter, ID, and a current police clearance (less than 12 months old).

Once you have completed our courses, you will receive a Certificate or a Statement of Attainment.

From there, you register your licence with the relevant state licencing authority.

There are no education requirements to enrol in our courses.
Students must meet acceptable Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Capability (LLND) requirements, be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian resident, or an Australian visa holder without any study restrictions and be residing in Australia.

Yes, we provide our students with unlimited student support and guidance from our experienced and qualified team, free of charge, as they are here to support you every step of the way.
This includes providing you with detailed feedback on your submissions, support via phone on 13000 RETAC (13000 73822) or via email at info@retac.com.au.
We also run free/optional Interactive Online Workshops via Zoom.

Yes, as a student of ours, you will receive exclusive access to Employment Opportunities with our Agency Partners.

There are no exams, and you have unlimited attempts at assessments with no fees or charges.
Assessments are made up of multiple choice, short answers, case studies, projects and practical assessments like Real Estate contracts, forms, and role plays.

We aim for a 3-5 business day turnaround on marking however this can be longer during busy periods and holiday periods.
Our Training Team is continuously marking, and we have designed our courses so that you can keep working on and submitting assessments for other units without having to wait for your results.

Yes, we offer standard payment plans for all our courses and we can customise a payment plan for you too.

No, there are no interest, fees or charges for payment plans. All payment plans are managed by us, so unlike other providers, you won’t pay any interest or charges.

Initial course fee deposits can be paid online with any Debit or Credit card, via PayPal, via bank transfer, or over the phone with any Debit or Credit card.

Yes, if you have completed units or have industry experience, you may be eligible for a Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
