Our Victorian courses are current, best practice, validated by the Real Estate industry and delivered in Victorian law, practice and procedures, compliant with Victorian licencing requirements.
As an Estate Agent, you can own an agency or work in senior Real Estate roles, such as Principal Agent, Agency Director, Licensee in Charge or Agency Manager and perform all residential and commercial functions in Real Estate anywhere in Victoria (Sales, Property Management, Strata Management, Buyer’s Agent, Business Broking, or Auctioneering).
You must have gained the aggregate of at least one-year full-time experience as an Agent’s Representative in Victoria at any time during the last three years immediately before applying for an Estate Agent licence.
Estate Agents also manage strategic planning, managing day-to-day operations, marketing, financials, manage employees and more.
Our Estate Agent course is made up of 12 units, and you will receive a CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency Management).

You get 12 months to complete but it’s online and study at your own pace, so you determine how quickly you complete and if life gets in the way, you can extend your course.

I am extremely pleased to offer my reflections on my experience of training with Real Estate Training Academy. When first presented with the idea of considering a career change in Real Estate, I was faced with the need to complete required training to become a suitably qualified and licensed Real Estate Sales Representative. I was directed to Real Estate Training Academy who made the process of enrolment very easy and I was up and running within 24 hours. The option to study online was excellent and suited my circumstances ideally. It was reassuring to know that I had the opportunity for contact with the trainers through night classes or workshops. However, the flexibility of also liaising with the trainers via email or over the phone helped smooth out any questions that arose or aspects of the assessments that required clarification. I found the course material to be relevant, very comprehensive, and easy to read and understand. The instructions for completing and submitting assessment work were easy to understand and complete. Particularly beneficial is the practical application that forms part of some assessments which ‘grounds’ what is learnt through the reading and assignments. I was very impressed at the speed with which assessments were returned. The online learning program allowed me to complete any part of the course, at any place in the world, at any time I wanted to!
