Our Sales Representative course is made up of 19 units, and you will receive a Statement of Attainment forming part of CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
If you are already a Property Manager or if you already hold the units to register, you won’t need to complete the full 19 units. Please contact us so we can advise you of the best course option for you.

You get 12 months to complete but it’s online and study at your own pace, so you determine how quickly you complete and if life gets in the way, you can extend your course.

I am extremely pleased to offer my reflections on my experience of training with Real Estate Training Academy. When first presented with the idea of considering a career change in Real Estate, I was faced with the need to complete required training to become a suitably qualified and licensed Real Estate Sales Representative. I was directed to Real Estate Training Academy who made the process of enrolment very easy and I was up and running within 24 hours. The option to study online was excellent and suited my circumstances ideally. It was reassuring to know that I had the opportunity for contact with the trainers through night classes or workshops. However, the flexibility of also liaising with the trainers via email or over the phone helped smooth out any questions that arose or aspects of the assessments that required clarification. I found the course material to be relevant, very comprehensive, and easy to read and understand. The instructions for completing and submitting assessment work were easy to understand and complete. Particularly beneficial is the practical application that forms part of some assessments which ‘grounds’ what is learnt through the reading and assignments. Given my work life schedule, I decided to enrol into online learning. It was so easy to enrol and so worth it with what I can potentially do with the qualifications I have worked hard to achieve. The trainers in my opinion know how to teach to learn. I struggled to understand some of the work and was frustrated with my abilities to learn when I received re-submits. However, the trainers were patient and understanding and guided me to the correct path. Regular reminders to complete the work gave me the motivation to not give up and persist, which I believe was key to my completion of the course. I was referred to Real Estate Training Academy to study to become a Land Agent. I had previously completed my sales licence back in 2012 and found Real Estate Training Academy very accommodating in giving me credit for the units I had already completed. The team were helpful and encouraging! The online study option gave me the flexibility to study when it suited me, or when I had the headspace! The content of the Land Agent subjects are relevant and job specific, and the turnaround times on marking and completing each step was on the ball.
