Auctioneers are licensed professionals who conduct auctions for the sale of residential or commercial properties and also businesses.

In South Australia, to become an Auctioneer you must be a registered Land Agent or Sales Representative and apply to Consumer and Business Services to have the Auctioneer condition added to your registration.

We are members of and endorsed by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) and our Agency Partners validate our courses to ensure they are current, contain best practices and ultimately prepare you for a successful Real Estate career.

Our Auctioneer course is made up of 1 unit, and you will receive a Statement of Attainment forming part of CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

You get 2 months to complete but it’s online and study at your own pace, so you determine how quickly you complete and if life gets in the way, you can extend your course.

There are no education requirements to enrol in our Auctioneer course.
Students must meet acceptable Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Capability (LLND) requirements, be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian resident, or an Australian visa holder without any study restrictions and be residing in Australia.
You will need a desktop computer or laptop, internet access and a device to record videos.

Yes, we provide our students with unlimited student support and guidance from our experienced and qualified team, free of charge, as they are here to support you every step of the way.

We also run free/optional Interactive Online Workshops via Zoom.

Yes, this course meets the education requirements for an Auctioneer licence in South Australia as set out by Consumer and Business Services.

Yes, our courses are delivered in South Australian law, practice and procedures and is compliant with South Australian licencing requirements.

There are no exams, and you have unlimited attempts at assessments with no fees or charges.
Assessments are made up of multiple choice, short answers, case studies, projects and practical assessments like Real Estate contracts, forms, and role plays.

We aim for a 3-5 business day turnaround on marking however this can be longer during busy periods and holiday periods.
Our Training Team is continuously marking, and we have designed our courses so that you can keep working on and submitting assessments for other units without having to wait for your results.

Once you have completed our Auctioneer course you will receive Statement of Attainment forming part of CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
From there, you register your licence with Consumer and Business Services.

Yes, if you have completed units or have industry experience, you may be eligible for a Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
