As an Assistant Agent or Real Estate Agent (Class 2), you can work for a Real Estate agency (Class 1) anywhere in New South Wales in Sales, Property Management, Buyer’s Agent and Business Broking.

As an Auctioneer (Class 1 or Class 2) you can conduct sales by auction.

To register as an Assistant Agent, you can enrol in this course, or you can first enrol in our Assistant Agent course.

You must hold an Assistant Agent (Certificate of Registration) for at least 12 months with experience working as an Assistant Agent before you can obtain your Real Estate Agent (Class 2) licence.

Certificate of Registration is issued for 4 years and is not renewable. Within the 4 year period, you must complete your qualifications and progress to a Real Estate Agent Class 2 licence. If not, you must stop working as an Assistant Agent and cannot apply for a new Certificate of Registration for 12 months after the expiry of your certificate.

Our Real Estate Agent (Class 2) – Auctioneer course is made up of 18 units, and you will receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

There are no education requirements to enrol in our Real Estate Agent (Class 2) – Auctioneer course.

Students must meet acceptable Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Capability (LLND) requirements, be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian resident, or an Australian visa holder without any study restrictions and be residing in Australia.

You will need a desktop computer or laptop, internet access and a device to record videos.

Yes, this course is delivered in New South Wales law, practice and procedures and is compliant with New South Wales licencing requirements.

There are no exams, and you have unlimited attempts at assessments with no fees or charges.

Assessments are made up of multiple choice, short answers, case studies, projects and practical assessments like Real Estate contracts, forms, and role plays.

We aim for a 3-5 business day turnaround on marking however this can be longer during busy periods and holiday periods. Our Training Team is continuously marking, and we have designed our courses so that you can keep working on and submitting assessments for other units without having to wait for your results.

Once you have completed our Real Estate Agent (Class 2) – Auctioneer course you will receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

You can register your Assistant Agent (Certificate of Registration), Real Estate Licence (Class 2) licence, and Auctioneer accreditation with NSW Fair Trading.
