Our New South Wales courses are current, best practice, validated by the Real Estate industry and delivered in New South Wales law, practice and procedures, compliant with New South Wales licencing requirements.
As a Real Estate Agent (Class 2) – Auctioneer, you can work for a Real Estate agency anywhere in New South Wales performing any of the legal functions of that Real Estate Agent, including residential and commercial Sales and Property Management, Buyer’s Agent, Business Broking, or Auctioneering.
You must hold a Certificate of Registration for at least 12 months with experience working as an Assistant Agent before you can obtain your Real Estate Agent (Class 2) licence.
To register as an Assistant Agent, you can enrol in this course, or you can first enrol in our Assistant Agent course.
In Sales, you will have great satisfaction in helping people buy and sell properties whilst enjoying a flexible schedule and an income to reflect your hard work. This includes engaging with clients, listing and marketing properties, conducting open inspections, negotiating transactions and more.
In Property Management, you will connect with owners, tenants, and property maintenance services to successfully manage properties. This includes marketing and leasing properties, promptly dealing with maintenance, collecting rent, and managing tenants on behalf of the owner. Property Management is central to the Real Estate industry and good Property Managers are always in demand.
Our Real Estate Agent (Class 2) – Auctioneer course is made up of 18 units, and you will receive a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

You get 12 months to complete but it’s online and study at your own pace, so you determine how quickly you complete and if life gets in the way, you can extend your course.
