SA Subsidised Traineeships
We are highly experienced with Traineeships and are an approved provider for South Australian Government subsidised Real Estate Traineeships.
Course fees are significantly reduced on a Subsidised Traineeship.
Employers can also receive $3,500 in Federal Incentives for full time employees, subject to eligibility.
Under a subsidised Traineeship, students are required to complete a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice consisting of 18 units (5 core units and 13 electives), please see below for the units contained within our CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Students can enrol in our CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (18 units) for $299 however it does not by itself meet the South Australian Real Estate licencing requirements set by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) for Sales Representatives and/or Property Managers. CBS require the successful completion of the 19 units contained within our Sales Representative course to meet the requirements for a Sales Representative licence (17 of which are contained within our CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) and the successful completion of the 13 units contained within our Property Manager course to meet the requirements for a Property Manager licence (5 of which are contained within our CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice).
Students can also enrol in our Bundle 1 (Sales Representative + Property Manager + Auctioneer) or Bundle 3 (Sales Representative + Auctioneer) courses which include a CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice while also meeting the relevant South Australian Real Estate licencing requirements set by CBS.
Each of the 18 Units of Competency contained within the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice are made up of individual assessments tasks. Students have unlimited attempts at individual assessments tasks however under a subsidised Traineeship, students will have three subsidised attempts to pass a Unit of Competency after not successfully completing every individual assessment task for that unit.

I am extremely pleased to offer my reflections on my experience of training with Real Estate Training Academy. When first presented with the idea of considering a career change in Real Estate, I was faced with the need to complete required training to become a suitably qualified and licensed Real Estate Sales Representative. I was directed to Real Estate Training Academy who made the process of enrolment very easy and I was up and running within 24 hours. The option to study online was excellent and suited my circumstances ideally. It was reassuring to know that I had the opportunity for contact with the trainers through night classes or workshops. However, the flexibility of also liaising with the trainers via email or over the phone helped smooth out any questions that arose or aspects of the assessments that required clarification. I found the course material to be relevant, very comprehensive, and easy to read and understand. The instructions for completing and submitting assessment work were easy to understand and complete. Particularly beneficial is the practical application that forms part of some assessments which ‘grounds’ what is learnt through the reading and assignments. I was very impressed at the speed with which assessments were returned.
