I am extremely pleased to offer my reflections on my experience of training with Real Estate Training Academy. When first presented with the idea of considering a career change in Real Estate, I was faced with the need to complete required training to become a suitably qualified and licensed Real Estate Sales Representative. I was directed to Real Estate Training Academy who made the process of enrolment very easy and I was up and running within 24 hours. The option to study online was excellent and suited my circumstances ideally. It was reassuring to know that I had the opportunity for contact with the trainers through night classes or workshops. However, the flexibility of also liaising with the trainers via email or over the phone helped smooth out any questions that arose or aspects of the assessments that required clarification. I found the course material to be relevant, very comprehensive, and easy to read and understand. The instructions for completing and submitting assessment work were easy to understand and complete. Particularly beneficial is the practical application that forms part of some assessments which ‘grounds’ what is learnt through the reading and assignments. I was very impressed at the speed with which assessments were returned. I was pleased to be able to complete my training at my own pace while working full time. The assessors provided helpful feedback on assessments and were happy to assist if further clarification was needed. While completing the course, Real Estate Training Academy updated me on employment opportunities with their Agency Partners. I also had the opportunity to attend a transition night where I was able to network with agents in the industry and see if any positions were available. I was impressed with their dedication to help current and future students with finding employment in the industry. The experience of completing my Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) through Real Estate Training Academy was phenomenal. So much so, that I was able to complete a Bachelors of Business simultaneously. This was largely due to Real Estate Training Academy being a perfectly oiled machine – I cannot praise the team (across all departments) dedication highly enough. The enrolment process was incredibly quick and simple: a phone call, a couple of emails between myself and the team, and off I went. As well as the accreditation, the practicality and flexibility of this Diploma is what encouraged me to take the leap. As I was studying full-time, working two jobs, and undertaking this Diploma, I depended on the flexibility and would complete this at my own pace without having to sacrifice other commitments.
