Our South Australian courses are current, best practice, validated by the Real Estate industry and delivered in South Australian law, practice and procedures, compliant with South Australian licencing requirements.
Take your Real Estate career to the highest level with a Land Agent licence.
As a registered Land Agent, you can own an agency, hire Sales Representatives and Property Managers, and perform all residential and commercial functions in Real Estate (Sales, Property Management, Buyer’s Agent and Business Broking).
Land Agents also manage strategic planning, day-to-day operations, marketing, financials, employees and more.
We are members of and endorsed by the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) and our Agency Partners validate our courses to ensure they are current, contain best practices and ultimately prepare you for a successful Real Estate career.
Our Land Agent course is made up of 36 units, and you will receive a CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and a Statement of Attainment.
If you are already a Sales Representative and/or Property Manager or if you already hold the units to register, you won’t need to complete the full 36 units. Please contact us so we can advise you of the best course option for you.

You get 18 months to complete but it’s online and study at your own pace, so you determine how quickly you complete and if life gets in the way, you can extend your course.

Standard payment plan is $500 deposit payable at enrolment, followed by ten (10) monthly payments of $500, starting 30 days after enrolment.

Enrolment was an easy process which I completed online through the website and within 24 hours I was commencing my studies! As I was living overseas for all of last year, it would have been impossible for me to complete my studies had it not been for the flexibility in study options offered.
